Medical:

All Full Time associates are eligible for Health insurance coverage on the 1st day of the month after 60 days of employment.
Associates have the following plan choices:

  • PPO
  • HMO
  • The company contributes approximatley 50% of an employee’s medical and dental premium. Dependent coverage is available at the employee’s full expense. The employee portion of his/her own and dependent coverage is deducted from their biweekly pay.

Dental:

All Full Time associates

  • Are eligible for Dental Coverage on the 1st day of the month after 60 days of employment. The plan covers 100% of the preventive services like oral examinations, x-rays, and cleanings using in network provider.

Vision:

All benefit eligible employees and their dependents can enroll in the vision plan. The plan offers benefits for eye exams, prescription eyeglasses, frames, and contact lenses. Employees can also take advantage of special discounts on hearing aids and even Lasik vision.

401(K):

TRIO has established a 401(K) savings plan that is available to associates. The purpose of the plan is that upon becoming eligible for 401(K), we provide an opportunity to our associates to save on a pretax basis and build a financial reserve for retirement

TRIO matches 100% of the participant’s elective deferrals for up to 3% of the participant’s compensation for the payroll period; plus 50% of the participant’s elective deferrals that exceed 3% but do not exceed 5% of the participant’s compensation for the payroll period.

Profit Sharing:

TRIO prides itself on being able to provide associates with a share of the profits because our associates are the ones who make our business profitable. At the end of each year, the company places a portion of its profits for the year into the profit-sharing fund. These profits are then allocated to the accounts of the participating associates. The growth of the profit-sharing/retirement plan depends on the efforts of all of the company’s associates, including you. TRIO pays for the entire cost of your profit-sharing/retirement. No employee is required to pay a single penny for the privilege of sharing in your company profits.

Paid Time Off (PTO):

At TRIO we believe that employees are the key to what makes a great company. Although work makes up a large portion of an employee's life, we believe that a balance between work and non-work activities is essential to maintain quality performance and a positive work atmosphere. To support this philosophy at TRIO, we have designed a paid time off (PTO) plan that incorporates vacation, personal and sick leave into one generous program.

Accrual of PTO for new employees begins on employee's first day of work and is designed to increase based on years of service.

Basic Life & Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance

Graham Enterprise, Inc. provides all active full time benefit eligible exempt employees with Basic Life & Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance at no cost to the eligible employees.
